A play for 3rd place

Maybe it was nervousness, or panic, or  just the way it was meant to be, but the Black Maidens of Ghana lost to France on Tuesday, October 9th by two goals to nothing at the semifinal match of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Azerbaijan.

France controlled the game for the most part, and it got even tougher for Ghana, after attacker Jane Ayieyam was booked with a yellow card for the second time.
